I was born and raised on the West Coast of Scotland which probably accounts for my love of the outdoors. My Grandpa introduced me to photography when I was a wee girl and it’s been a great passion of mine ever since. I’ve always been mesmerised by the wild beauty of the Scottish landscape and the geological process which shaped the land. The diversity of the Scottish landscape is remarkable and I believe this is why Scotland regularly tops polls of the world’s most beautiful countries. Scotland’s other treasure is the rich culture and history which gives the land life and a story that goes deeper than the physical beauty. The objective of my landscape work is to capture the physical beauty of the land but also the spirit to create an image that has soul and tells a story. I have worked for brands such as Volkswagen, Aberlour Distillery, Merrell, Stena Line and Wild About Argyll. I have also had my images featured in Scottish Field, Vogue Living and Condé Nast Traveler.
