Working from my home studio I make a range of ceramics from mugs, jugs and dishes to decorative vases, wall plaques and candleholders. I mostly make pieces using slabs although some are wheel-thrown and all are high-fired to stoneware temperature. Decorations are inspired by the sea and landscape around me and I use a range of slips, oxides and glazes to decorate each piece.

I have three main decorative ranges – ‘Harbour’, ‘Islands’ and ‘Hebridean Cottage’ although I like to experiment and therefore many pieces are unique. I often develop new ideas which means I have samples and seconds in my studio. I sell some of my range from Island Crafts in Tobermory, with a wider range available form SW Mull Makers at The Columba Centre in Fionnphort.
